Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery, PRN

Position Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and safeguards confidentiality. Adheres to organizational mission, values, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) or within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
