Labor and Delivery Nurse PRN

Job Summary

The registered nurse coordinates nursing care for assigned patients in the Unit to provide quality patient care to patients in applicable age-specific populations (see addendum).

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitation must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse with an active license in the state of Texas or a multistate license with Texas
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate Degree minimum requirement
• 2+ years of experience working in an acute hospital Labor and Delivery unit required
