Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating health interventions. Responsibilities: Perform thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans with interdisciplinary collaboration, coordinate and delegate care, and evaluate patient responses to interventions. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate documentation.Skills: Expertise in patient care delivery, nursing fundamentals, interdisciplinary teamwork, documentation, communication, critical thinking, and patient evaluation.Qualifications: Current RN license in the practice state, Basic Life Support certification, and a BSN within four years if less than 12 months of experience. Preferred candidates have at least one year of inpatient acute care experience, especially in critical care settings. Key Duties: Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, delegate tasks, evaluate outcomes, and promote professionalism in nursing practice. Physical Requirements: Ability to see, read, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, lift and transfer patients, and navigate busy environments. Driving may be required for some roles.
