Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process.
- Perform patient care and delegate tasks to other patient care staff.
- Supervise other patient care staff.
- Cook up a plan of care for a group of assigned patients.
- Consult with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency and abide by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Registered Nurse - Various.
- Associate Degree.
