About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Nursing Enterprise Staffing Pool provides staffing support across multiple Mayo Clinic sites based on patient care needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating nursing care, including direct patient care, education, and care transitions
• Supporting professional practice
• Supporting leadership activities
• Supporting quality improvement
• Delegating tasks appropriately
• Traveling routinely between locations to meet staffing needs

Requirements

• At least one year of inpatient RN experience
• Experience in travel nursing, float pool, or cross-site work (preferred)
• Flexibility in hours
• Adaptability

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Valid multi‑state RN licenses in relevant states
• BLS certification (required)
