About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides staffing support across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality patient care, patient/family education, and care transitions. They coordinate nursing activities within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model, demonstrating accountability in planning, implementing, and evaluating care. The RN leads through mentorship, leadership roles, and quality improvement efforts, delegating tasks based on skill and acuity.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and patient/family education.

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• Current multi-state RN licenses in specified states.
• BLS certification.
• Additional state or specialty certifications as required.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
