Registered Nurse – Internal Travel Team – Med/Surg

About the role

Join an internal travel team providing care in Med/Surg settings across Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• Experience in Med/Surg setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
