Registered Nurse - Internal Travel Team - Med Surg

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Nursing Enterprise Staffing Pool provides flexible staffing support across multiple sites, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and care transitions. The RN collaborates within the Nursing Practice Model, ensuring comprehensive care planning, implementation, evaluation, and communication for assigned patients. Key Responsibilities Coordinate nursing care and support professional practice across settings.Act as a leader through mentorship, precepting, and quality improvement activities.Delegate patient care based on skill, acuity, and resources.Travel routinely to various locations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.Support contingency staffing needs as determined by patient care demands. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; minimum one year of inpatient RN experience.Experience in travel nursing, float pools, or cross-site work preferred.Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.Proficiency with electronic medical records; prior experience preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Current multi-state RN licenses for required states and BLS certification.
