Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards.
- Educate patients and families on illness management, home care, and medication use.
- Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; participate in professional development.
- Develop and document individualized care plans, communicating across care teams.
- Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
- Work in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safe practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
