About the role

Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards.
- Promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and post-treatment needs.
- Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Developing and documenting individualized care plans collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
Requirements
- RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred).
- No prior experience required; less than two years of experience preferred.
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
Schedule
Full-time, 12-hour night shifts (7 pm to 7 am).
Pay
Eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
