About the role
Responsible for providing professional, technical nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Collaborates with team members to deliver patient-centered care, ensuring safety, accuracy, and quality through the nursing process. Supervises and directs assigned staff, supports educational efforts, and maintains effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Basic Life Support certification
- Minimum of 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency
Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and standards is essential.
