Registered Nurse - Intermediate/Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; coordinating care plans; ensuring patient safety and satisfaction; advocating for patients and families; participating in performance improvement initiatives; mentoring and fostering professional growth among colleagues; maintaining compliance with policies, standards, and confidentiality. Qualifications: Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in Nursing preferred; active RN license (single-state or multi-state); BLS certification required. Skills & Key Duties: Monitor patient conditions, communicate care plans, document assessments and interventions, respond to patient needs promptly, support organizational improvement efforts, and adhere to professional standards. Other duties include participating in shared governance and ensuring compliance with all policies.
