Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate with care teams; ensure patient safety and satisfaction; participate in performance improvement initiatives; maintain professional competence; mentor colleagues; adhere to confidentiality, safety, and standards; and support shared governance activities. Key Duties: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions; deliver care per established plans; communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff; document assessments and care activities; advocate for patient needs; contribute to quality and satisfaction improvements; and uphold professional standards. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred; valid nursing license (RN); certifications in BLS and ACLS required upon hire; experience and skills in patient assessment, communication, teamwork, and professional growth; leadership and mentorship capabilities are valued.
