About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological needs
- Develop individualized care plans involving patients and families
- Coordinate and delegate care tasks to interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly
- Promote professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Ensure accurate documentation
Requirements
- Current RN license in the practice state
- BLS certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
