Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment in collaboration with the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological needs; develop individualized care plans involving patients and families; coordinate and delegate care tasks to interdisciplinary teams; monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly; promote professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, and ensuring accurate documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license in the practice state, BLS certification, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) are required. Skills include patient care delivery, interdisciplinary collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and documentation. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively; manual dexterity for equipment handling; physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients; and the capacity to navigate busy environments.
