Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to medically complex adults requiring close monitoring
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and perform cardiac and telemetry monitoring
• Administer IV medications and manage wound care
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and support safe patient transitions
• Educate patients and families on care and health management
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to infection control protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills
• Knowledge of wound care, IV therapy, and telemetry
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and infection control
