Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Responsibilities

• Provide complex post-operative and critical care to adult patients following major surgery
• Conduct continuous assessments and manage hemodynamic and ventilator support
• Administer medications accurately and collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure safe patient care transitions and maintain precise EHR documentation
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and recovery
• Deliver high-quality, life-saving care with accountability and compassion within a team-focused, integrity-driven culture

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license
• Experience in critical care or surgical ICU preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
