Qualifications & Skills BSN degree from an accredited program or equivalent experienceCurrent Montana RN licenseBLS certification upon hire; ACLS within 9 months; TNCC or TCAR within 12 monthsCritical care experience highly preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to interpret clinical documents, perform basic math, and respond effectively in emergencies Key Duties Assess and address patient needs, develop individualized care plansOversee care delivery, ensure compliance with guidelinesParticipate in clinical conferences and documentationOperate medical equipment, assist with patient transfers, and maintain safety standards This role offers benefits, requires night shifts, and involves working in ICU with potential floating to med/surg.
