About the role
The Intensive Care Registered Nurse Fellowship Program is a comprehensive orientation program designed to transition novice nurses into the role of advanced beginners in a collaborative learning environment. It is developed by academic and clinical nursing experts.
Responsibilities
- Participate in evidence-based lectures and online learning modules.
- Engage in human patient simulation exercises.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (BSN).
- Have at least two to three (2-3) years of acute care experience.
- Carry current BLS and ACLS certifications.
