About the role
The Emergency Registered Nurse Fellowship Program is a comprehensive orientation program designed to transition novice nurses into the role of advanced beginners in a collaborative learning environment. The UHealth Intensive Care Registered Nurse Fellowship Program is a competency-based program that includes evidence-based lectures, online learning modules, human patient simulation, and an outstanding preceptorship program.
Responsibilities
- Transition from novice to advanced beginner in a collaborative learning environment
- Participate in evidence-based lectures and online learning modules
- Engage in human patient simulation
- Undergo an outstanding preceptorship program
- Be mentored by supportive staff, leaders, and academic experts
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor’s degree (BSN)
- Minimum two to three (2-3) years of acute care experience
- Hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Qualifications
Applicants must apply online by Friday, July 24th, 2026. Selected candidates will be required to sign a full-time three-year contractual agreement with the University of Miami Hospital (UMH).

Default in Contract
