Registered Nurse - Inpatient Pediatrics - Full Time Nights

Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality in line with mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an inpatient pediatrics setting
• Evaluate and improve care quality
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
• Maintain compliance with standards and policies

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the relevant state or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) or completion within 30 days
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
