About the Role
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values.
Responsibilities
- Accepts experienced RNs or Fall 2026 Graduate Nurses
- Performs duties in inpatient pediatrics during 7p-7a shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Acts as a caregiver, evaluator, and coordinator to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license and ability to maintain licensure
- Basic Life Support certification (or within 30 days of hire)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
