Inpatient Pediatrics Nurse - Full Time Nights

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct care to pediatric patients
• Assesses patient needs
• Performs duties in accordance with mission and values
• Evaluates caregiver performance
• Supports a collaborative care environment during inpatient shifts, including nights and weekends

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid RN license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical duties

Qualifications

Prefer 6 months to 1 year RN experience, especially in pediatrics.
