About the Role
Provide inpatient holistic care for adult patients with chronic, life-limiting diseases in a palliative care setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, education, discharge planning, and emotional support.
- Support professional nursing practice and lead quality improvement efforts.
- Delegate tasks based on skill and acuity.
- Participate in mentoring, committees, and projects as needed.
- Manage pain and symptoms to enhance quality of life.
- Support patients through various stages of illness.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least one year of RN experience.
- Valid RN license and BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Additional state or specialty certifications may be required.
Skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration.

- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to unpredictable situations.

Schedule
Full-time, nonexempt position with variable day/night shifts, including every third weekend.
Pay
Compensation ranges from $43.84 to $66.84 per hour.
