About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Med/Surg position in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care
- Ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness
- Coordinating patient care with other departments
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Performing duties aligned with organizational mission and standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days
- Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN, additional certifications, or specialty experience
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, walking, and physical movements
- Strong communication, coordination, and clinical skills
