About the Role
Provide patient care in the Med/Surg unit on 7E using the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and evaluate its effectiveness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Adhere to the organization’s mission, values, and standards
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospital settings
- Experience in specialty areas
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching
