Role Overview

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care
• Educate on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs
• Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and compliance
• Engage in professional development
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively, ensuring effective communication across care teams
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural background
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN licensure, 2+ years of bedside med/surg experience preferred
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing,
