About the role
The Mental Health Center is certified to provide mental health and substance use inpatient treatment services and maintains a close working relationship with Waukesha Memorial Hospital and other community agencies and partners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care to community members working towards bettering their mental health.
- Contribute to society and Waukesha County by providing high satisfaction when making a difference in someone's life.
- Maintain a high percentage of time with patients delivering specialized care.
- Work with experienced clinical leaders to master new clinical skills.
- Be creative and suggest new paths to patients.
- Ongoing training for personal and professional development.

Requirements
- Graduation from a recognized registered nursing education program.
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin, or a Temporary State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse permit and attainment of the Registered Nurse license within 6 months of employment.
