Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized treatment based on evidence-based practices. They collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills.Deliver culturally competent, relationship-based care tailored to patient populations.Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.Coordinate and document safe, quality care, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.Participate in performance improvement, research activities, and shared governance initiatives.Support professional development by serving as a preceptor or mentor.Promote evidence-based practice, clinical research, and adherence to organizational policies and standards.Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum, contributing to protocol development and resource management. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Valid nursing license and required certifications, including ACLS and BLS.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and respond decisively to emergencies.Proficient in technology and clinical documentation with excellent time management and critical thinking abilities.
