About the Role
The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team in a clinical environment supported by evidence-based practices and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
- Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations.
- Partner with patients and families through communication, education, and shared decision-making.
- Coordinate safe care delivery, promote teamwork, and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Participate in professional development, mentorship, research, and quality improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or BSN in nursing (BSN preferred).
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
- Minimum five years of direct patient care experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, emergency situations.
- Excellent time management, critical thinking, and technological proficiency.
