Registered Nurse II – Long-Term Acute Care

About the role

We are seeking an RN II for our Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) unit to deliver expert, compassionate care to high-acuity adult patients transitioning from ICU-level services.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive assessments and managing complex medication and treatment plans
• Providing ventilator and tracheostomy care with a focus on safety and quality
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Mentoring newer staff and engaging in evidence-based practice and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Experience in critical or acute care settings preferred
• Strong assessment, medication management, and ventilator care skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentorship abilities
