Registered Nurse II - Long Term Acute Care ICU

Responsibilities

• Provide complex, long-term critical care to high-acuity patients
• Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions
• Manage ventilators and hemodynamic drips
• Perform advanced patient assessments and closely monitor unstable patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support patient families
• Ensure safety protocols and infection control practices are followed

Qualifications & Skills

• Experienced registered nurse with critical care expertise
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and technical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and support patient-centered care
