Responsibilities

• Coordinating and delivering comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team.
• Performing procedures, monitoring patient status, and documenting care accurately.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Managing evidence-based practices and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans supporting recovery and holistic care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN license in practice state(s) or active multi-state license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within one month; TNCC within six months.
• Minimum of one year critical care experience.
