About the Role
Join our nursing team as a Critical Care (ICU) Registered Nurse in a 24-bed trauma, cardiothoracic, and complex medical-surgical ICU.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting
- Respond to urgent situations such as strokes and STEMI
- Collaborate with rapid response and Code Blue teams
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
Requirements
- Maryland RN licensure or equivalent through Nurse Licensure Compact
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; ADN required, BSN preferred
- Minimum 6 months ICU acute care experience; 1+ year preferred
- Ability to care for level 1 and 2 critical patients
- Strong response skills and teamwork abilities
Schedule
Full-time night shift, 12-hour shifts, with alternating weekends.
Pay
Salary range starts at $43.25/hour, up to $67.04/hour.
