Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, certifications, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN license in the relevant state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: AHA Healthcare Provider card, ACLS, and BLS (obtained within 90 days if not already held).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
