Registered Nurse - ICU Stepdown (Nights)

About the role

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using nursing principles
• Assess patient needs and plan care accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associates, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in the relevant state or compact licensure
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be obtained within 90 days if not already held)
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card
