Registered Nurse - ICU Stepdown (Nights)

Role Overview Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and safeguards confidentiality. Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and service standards. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care using nursing assessments and interventions. Evaluate and improve care quality and outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Uphold patient rights and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).Licensure: Valid RN license in the state of practice, maintained actively.Certifications: AHA Healthcare Provider card, with ACLS and BLS either obtained or completed within 90 days of hire.
