Registered Nurse - ICU Stepdown (Nights)

Position Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities align with organizational mission, values, and standards. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care based on nursing assessments and interventions.Evaluate the quality of care delivered by team members.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.Uphold patient rights and maintain confidentiality of information.Ensure care practices meet organizational standards and policies. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, with responsibility to maintain licensure.American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification; ACLS and BLS required or obtained within 90 days.At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
