Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with hospital policies and standards.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans, including treatment and discharge plans.
- Perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient needs, while evaluating the environment for safety and comfort.
- Support patient-centered care by informing patients and families about hospital policies, promoting open visitation, and fostering a respectful, quiet environment.
- Provide professional leadership to the healthcare team, demonstrating Service Excellence at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- At least one year of critical care nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
