About the role
The ICU Registered Nurse provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, with a focus on Patient Centered Care.
Responsibilities
- Construct and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care
- Perform purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety and communication
- Support and educate patients and families about hospital policies
- Promote open visitation and a calming environment
Qualifications
- Current Nevada nursing license
- At least one year of critical care experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS required within six months if not already obtained
