Responsibilities

• assessing psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs
• developing and implementing individualized care, treatment, and discharge plans
• coordinating interdisciplinary care
• conducting purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and meet patient needs

Qualifications

• graduation from an accredited RN program
• current NV nursing license
• certification in ACLS & BLS

Requirements

• one year of experience in an acute care setting or three years part-time
• handling with care certification within six months
