Registered Nurse ICU Float

About the role

Provides direct patient care within the ICU Float Pool, implementing and monitoring care plans, assessing patient needs, and coordinating with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Communicate patient conditions and document appropriately.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care to ensure seamless patient management.
• Follow physician and nursing orders accurately, assessing and addressing patient needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse credential from the appropriate licensing board.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure.
• Required certifications: Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained within specified timeframes.
• Preferred ICU experience.
