Registered Nurse ICU Float

About the role

This role is based in Milwaukee, WI, at a hospital’s ICU Float Team, working nights on a PRN schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity care across four specialized ICUs (Cardiac, Burn, MedSurg, Neuro)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet complex patient needs
• Maintain hemodynamic monitoring to ensure patient safety in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• RN licensure from Wisconsin or a multi-state license
• BLS certification within 30 days
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (preferred)
• Prior ICU experience and understanding of hemodynamics are highly valued
