About the role
This PRN night ICU float nurse role is based in Milwaukee, WI, at a hospital campus.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity care across four specialized ICUs—Cardiac, Burn, MedSurg, and Neuro—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet complex patient needs.
- Monitor hemodynamics.
- Ensure patient safety.
- Adapt to dynamic clinical environments.
Requirements
- Active RN licensure in Wisconsin or a multi-state license.
- BLS certification within 1 month.
- ALS certification within 6 months.
Qualifications
- ICU nursing experience.
- Strong hemodynamic knowledge.
