Registered Nurse - ICU Float - 24-36 hours

About the Role

Seeking an experienced RN to join the Pediatric ICU Float pool, providing flexible staffing across Critical Care and Cardiovascular programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver competent, family-centered care to critically ill patients (newborn to adult) in all 4 ICUs.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in hospital committees, precept new staff and students, and engage in ongoing learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• At least 1-year pediatric ICU RN experience, with a broad range of diagnoses preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Ability to work 50% Day/Night rotations, every third weekend, with flexible availability.

Benefits
