Registered Nurse - ICU Float - 24-36 hours

About the role

Seeking an experienced RN to join the Pediatric ICU Float pool, providing adaptable staffing across Critical Care and Cardiovascular units.

Responsibilities

• Deliver competent nursing care to critically ill patients (newborn to adult) in all 4 ICUs: Medical, Surgical, Neonatal, and Cardiac.
• Provide family-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for learning, career growth, and comprehensive orientation.
• Participate in hospital committees, precept new staff, and mentor nursing students.
• Work flexible hours including day/night rotations and weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Minimum of 1-year pediatric ICU RN experience, with a broad range of diagnoses preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN licensure.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including day/night shifts and every third weekend.

Benefits

• Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus for 36-hour workweek hires with at least 1-year pediatric ICU experience.
• Additional $8.00/hour incentive for clinical hours worked.
