Registered Nurse - ICU Float - 24-36 hours

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Pediatric ICU Float pool, supporting staffing across critical care and cardiovascular units. This role involves providing competent nursing care to critically ill patients (newborn to adult) and their families in various ICUs, delivering family-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that fosters learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients (newborn to adult) with diverse diagnoses in pediatric ICU settings.
• Deliver family-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in hospital-wide committees.
• Precept new staff and students.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric ICU experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Flexibility for day/night rotations and weekend work.
