About the role
Position: RN - Cardiac Neuro ICU. Location: Naperville, IL. Hours: Part Time, 24 hours/week, day shifts with weekend rotation.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care following state regulations and hospital policies.
- Utilize critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of the healthcare team to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of RN critical care experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing; Associate Degree with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's within five years if applicable
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS)
- ACLS certification within six months of hire
