ICU Clinical Nurse (Day Shift)

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care activities within a multidisciplinary ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. The nurse will promote patient‑ and family‑centered care, educate on illness management, and participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
• Educate patients and families on care management and post‑discharge needs.
• Participate in professional development and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN licensure.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and two years of critical care experience.
• Day shift experience required; no supervisory experience necessary.
