ICU Clinical RN (Day Shift)

About the role

Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring clear communication across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in critical care for day shift; no supervisor experience required.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
