About the role
Registered Nurse in the Cardiothoracic ICU
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, complex care to post-operative cardiothoracic and critically ill patients
- Manage ventilators, hemodynamics, and critical IV drips
- Conduct advanced cardiac monitoring
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about care processes
- Maintain safety and infection prevention standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license
- Experience in critical or ICU care preferred
- Strong clinical skills in ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, and IV titration
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to patient safety and infection control
